PACT ATLANTA, LLC is truly both the creation and metamorphosis of its founder and creator, Dr. Todd Antin. In 1996, Dr. Antin decided to bring his well-developed academic and clinical background to the Decatur area. He recognized that there was a shortage of quality mental health treatment providers in the area and believed that an in-town office would offer both outpatient excellence in care as well as inpatient alternatives with its proximity to Dekalb Medical Center.

PACT ATLANTA, LLC began as a small, hands-on, boutique style outpatient psychiatric office and despite doubling in size around 2000 has kept its small, personalized focus on patient care. PACT ATLANTA, LLC offers experts in all areas of mental health including clinical psychiatry, psychological testing, professional counseling, and legal consultation.
