The staff at PACT Atlanta LLC make every effort to address the administrative needs of our patients in a timely manner. We get a large volume of requests for letters to employers, lawyers, courts and insurance companies and try to have these matters completed as quickly as possible. A nominal fee is charged for these requests as most insurance companies will not pay to have us address these types of correspondence. Fees are determined by actual time needed to complete the paperwork or to send records. All HIPPA confidentiality requirements are taken into consideration when completing these types of documents.
