Please understand that our providers that work with insurance companies will honor the pre-determined contracted managed care rates (please refer to the financial policies found in our “Welcome” letter). Additionally, for our self-pay clients, providers may offer a limited sliding scale of fees to assist those individuals in financial need. Please remember that only individual providers are able to negotiate reduced rates. Please refer to the following fee schedule for an idea of costs that may be incurred for applicable services.
